The Chickasaw Times is mailed free to Chickasaw registered voters, government and educational offices, and upon request to other Indian citizens. Reprint permission is granted with credit to The Chickasaw Times unless other copyrights are shown.

The Chickasaw Times is published monthly with two special issues each year- June and September.

Editorial statements of the Chickasaw Times, guest columns and readers' letters reflect the opinions of the writers and not necessarily those of the Chickasaw Times, its staff or the tribal administration of the Chickasaw Nation.

All editorials and letters will become the property of the Chickasaw Times. Editorials must be signed by the author and include the authors address.

Deadline for submission is the 15th of each month prior to publication. Submissions can be mailed, faxed, and hand delivered or e-mailed.
