Apply now for Diabetes Camp

Chickasaw Nation Department of Health diabetic patients, ages 13 and older, are invited to register for Diabetes Camp, June 13-17, at the Chickasaw Retreat and Conference Center in Sulphur, Okla.

Deadline for registration is May 20.

Diabetes Camp is a great experience that educates patients on proper nutrition, exercise and preventive measures to help control blood sugar.

The camp is free for the camper and one guest. All campers and guests must provide a medical release form.
